Getting Your Associate Certification
Before beginning your associate training for Cisco certification, one must first become a Certified Entry Network Technician – which is comprised of only a basic understanding of networks. Once you’ve secured that, the next step is to get your associate Cisco certification. You can choose to get your certification in either networks – which may be comprised of one blanket test, or two more refined exams – or design, for which knowledge of Cisco Certified Network Associate materials is not a necessity, but is recommended.
