Keep Your Human Resource Happy!

 

It has been conclusively proven time and again that happy people are more likely to be productive. You of course, didn’t need any study to tell you that! Nearly everyone has experienced first hand how difficult it is to be productive when there are distractions present. In a company, it will be the job of a  human resource department  to ensure productivity in whatever way it could. There are many ways that this could be done, but there are usually limits to what a human resource department can do. Maintaining happiness is a task for an entire organization.
