Defined State Rules for Private Investigators

Private investigator is a person, who undertakes investigation for a private citizen or some other body that is not involved with any kind of government association. They work for insurance companies, locating assets, searching for missing person, criminal defense cases and many more kind of investigations. However there are certain  state rules for private investigators . Some states do not allow the use of any kind of weapons for investigating and also there are some limitations involved for doing a private investigation. It is also important that a private investigator must hold the state license or a certificate. Without a license a private investigator is not allowed to investigate.
