SAP Desktop Support

While traveling as an SAP Trainer, a major part of my Sap Job was that of Desktop Support. I sometimes had to perform this task while driving via cell phone or online computer chat.

What this means is I had to have a deeper understanding and working knowledge of the SAP system that my company chose to manage their business.

Many times I had to picture in my mind what screens the caller was operating on, and relate the proper support information in average layman’s terms to the caller.

If you see your work in your mind 24/7, and have an excellent memory, you can do this job!
