Stop Using Your Credit Cards To Repair Your Credit

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

When trying to repair your credit, there are many things that you can do to help. One thing you can start doing today is to stop using your credit cards. The higher you run up your credit card balances, the lower your credit score will go. If you stop charging up your credit cards and continue making payments, your credit score should increase. I wanted to know how my credit score worked and I found out that part of my score was how much credit was available vs used on my cards.  This is the easiest form of credit repair, and it can be done on your own. It is not complicated. It just requires that you exercise some restraint when it comes to charging things on your credit cards.

Mortgage Payment Protection

Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008

Mortgage payment protection in Ireland is a must. The economy is presenting all us with a paradigm shift to not only the public but corporations as well as the government. I think that the mentality of giving the top 5% of the population all the tax breaks and less regulations has blown up in our faces. Because the middle class is the engine that keeps all the wheels turning in our economy. If the engine is unable to perform due to lack of jobs, unsurmountable debt, then the entire house of cards collapses. The current candidates must realize this and be prepared to address this wholeheartedly or the country will face tough times.

Considering Financing Medical School

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

I’ve been looking into
Financing Medical School, and man is it scary. I can’t even conceive of putting together that much money.
Everything I’ve learned about
Medical Student Loans suggests that I’ll be living my life in debt for many, many years to come. It’s a truly discouraging prospect.
It’s hard to conceive of how I’ll ever pay down that much debt, even on a doctor’s earnings.
Let me know what you think about all this.

Doing Research On Loan Amortization Schedules

Saturday, September 6th, 2008

I was talking to a friend yesterday about Loan Amortization Schedules.
I’m considering a 15-year mortgage, but I need to figure out what the payments will be.
I’ve made some good progress learning about Bi Weekly Amortization Schedule online over the past few days.
Hopefully I’ll get the figures right and make the right decision for this loan.

I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

About No Cosigner Student Loans

Friday, August 29th, 2008

I’ve got a bee in my bonnet lately about No Cosigner Student Loans.
I can’t bear the notion of asking my mom to co-sign on my loans. I want to handle it myself.
I’ve been reading up on No Cosigner Poor Credit Graduate Student Loans. It’s been intimidating to say the least.
All the debt is scary, but I know it will be worth it.
Let me know what you think about all this.

Researching Retirement Loans

Wednesday, August 20th, 2008

It’s time to get serious about
Retirement Loans. I’ve had a hard time with the learning process, though.
I’ve done my best to learn about
Small Structured Annuity Loans online, but the research has been tough. It’s hard to know whom to believe online.
It’s tough to know whether getting an annuity loan or selling my annuity is a wise choice. I’ll make more in theory from the payments over time, but with inflation being what it is, the advantage might not amount to much.
Oh well. I’m progressing slowly but surely.
Your comments are welcome as always.

Thinking About Annuity Loans

Tuesday, August 19th, 2008

So lately I’ve been wondering about
Annuity Loans. Some issues have come up, though.
There are a lot of sites that offer at least some info on Annuity Selling Guides, for example. It’s hard to know which to trust, though.
It’s a tough decision whether to sell my annuity, take a loan against it, or just keep it as it is. A loan gives some flexibility at least, but I’m always leery of using debt.
Hopefully I’ll make the right decision. I’m going to have to make up my mind at some point.
I’m sure I’ll have more to say about this down the line.

Where Can I Find More Information?

Monday, August 18th, 2008

I really don’t know much of anything about mortgages, but I would love to get a house and that would involve a mortgage, so I am trying to learn more about them now. I have been hearing so much about people losing their homes because they got some type of mortgage and now they can’t make the payments because they went up too high, and I want to make sure that this doesn’t happen to me. Where can I find out more information about mortgages and mortgage services? I want to be sure to choose a good mortgage company and choose the best mortgage for me.
