Enterprise Resourcing

Saturday, December 6th, 2008

The decision to adopt an erp sap software program was the easy part for Gurnee-based computer parts manufacturer VisionTek Inc. The promise of enterprise resource planning (ERP) was irresistible: Install one all-encompassing program linking VisionTek’s disconnected systems — the supply chain, order-taking, manufacturing, purchasing and customer care, along with e-commerce. The system would give users access to information from all parts of the company, allowing them to check the status of projects at any time.

Stated income mortgage & fixed interest rate mortgage options

Friday, November 28th, 2008

If you are looking at a fixed interest rate mortgage but you are self-employed or do not want to reveal the source of your income, one of the options you have available to you is a stated income mortgage.  Generally, you have to have a fair credit score to get approved for a stated income mortgage as well as the ability to verify that you do receive the income you claim to.  Additionally, you should also know that generally unless you make a large down payment of at least 15%, you will pay about 2% more in interest than in a conventional loan.

My Personal Experience With Renter’s Insurance Coverage

Saturday, October 18th, 2008

It’s time I got to work learning about Renter’s Insurance Coverage.
Renter’s insurance helps you stop worrying about burning your building down.
I’ve found some good info on Renter’s Insurance Quotes on the net, so I’m making good progress.
It’s surprisingly cheap, by the way, which is always good news.
What do you think?

Credit repair in troubling financial times

Friday, October 10th, 2008

In these turbulent financial times with crisis following crisis, and financial experts predicting that worse is yet to come, it may well be time to cut back on spending till the picture begins to look clearer. But what about these people who already have major financial commitments? There are many who now realize that they will be unable to meet these commitments as rising fuel and food costs are pushing their cost of living up as their salary erodes. Sensible people are now approaching their creditors, principally bank and credit card companies, to reschedule their debts. If you have damage to your credit score, you can take some easy steps to repair your credit as well. If you feel yourself slipping into this situation, there are many credit repair companies who will help you to negotiate your new schedule. It’s called locking the stable before the horse has bolted, and may save you a lot of money in future.

Does anyone

know what the limitations are on 401k retirement plans?  For example, I was wondering what the 401k maximum contribution was, as well as how I could withdraw any money without penalty before the official retirement age of 59 and 1/2.  I’ve got a Vanguard 401k through my employer, and as you would expect with a index fund (which tries to shadow the performance of the S&P 500 index in my case), it is getting absolutely stomped right now, what with the S&P falling off 400 points since the summer.  I the talking heads up in Washington say this isn’t a recession….I’d hate to see one if that’s the case!

Who Contributes To A SIMPLE Plan Ira?

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

When you get your SIMPLE Plan, the people that make the Ira contributions are part the employee and and part the employer. The employee must have gained $5000.00 of compensation from the employer or they should receive at least $5000.00 dollars in the year that they will be contributing to their Ira or their 401K plan. The SIMPLE Plan also works well for the self employed individual who has proof of receiving earned income. There are also employees that an employee can exclude from the Ira such as employees who are under a union contract, employees who are non resident aliens, or employees who have not made the amount of money required.

Considering Loan Amortization Calculators

Monday, September 29th, 2008

So lately I’ve been wondering about Loan Amortization Calculators.
I need to figure out what the payments will be so I can figure out if I can afford this loan.
I’ve dug up some decent info online on Amortized Loan Calculator over the past few days, so I’m making progress.
I’m hopeful that I’ll make a good choice for this loan once I have all the information in front of me.

Undertanding The Escrow Account In The 203k Fha Loan.

Sunday, September 28th, 2008

When a person is going to rehabilitate a home, they will get a 203k Fha loan. This loan is set up in the way that some of the money that the homeowner gives each month to their mortgage will be put away in the mortgage escrow account for the home owner to use in case of dire emergency or in case something in the home breaks that is a necessity that needs to be fixed such as a water heater or furnace. Then this money is used in order to fix what is needed and that saves the home owner from having to come up with the money.

My Experiences With No Co-Signer Student Loans

Sunday, September 28th, 2008

It’s time to get serious about No Co-Signer Student Loans.
My parents are leery of cosigning for my loans, so I’d rather keep them in my name if possible.
I’ve done some research on the Internet on No Cosigner Poor Credit Private Student Loan. What a depressing process it’s been.
Taking on that much debt terrifies me, but I’m hoping it will be worth it in the end.
Ok - that’s it for today.
