BRITNEY SPEARS TO WRITE TELL-ALL MEMOIR
Following the drama behind her conservatorship and how she wasn’t allowed to speak her mind when the legal agreement was still in force, it’s no surprise that Britney Spears has agreed to write a tell-all memoir.
The book deal has been reported to be worth $15 million and will be published by the well-known publishing house Simon & Schuster.
Although the book’s release date hasn’t been confirmed yet, the pop singer’s fans are sure to scoop up every single copy to hear all about the conservatorship gossip.
News24 reports that a publishing insider said the deal is one of the biggest of all time, behind the Obamas. In 2017, Barack and Michelle Obama signed a deal worth an estimated $65 million to write multiple books for Penguin Random House.
Britney’s own book follows the publishing of her sister Jamie Lyn Spears’ book in which she gave her version of her sister’s upbringing and how it affected her own life.
Britney accused her sister of “lying through her teeth” when she said in her book that she’s her sister’s biggest supporter and that she tried to help her amid the conservatorship drama.
