ADULTS ONLY SECTION ON PLANE SOON A REALITY

Let’s face it, babies and kids on a plane can be a bit of a nightmare. Not only for the parents, but also for the other passengers.

Corendon Airlines have announced that they will soon be offering an adult only section on their flight between Amsterdam and Curacao.

There are some terms and conditions of course. You have to be 16 years or older to be able to sit in that section and it’ll cost you about $50 extra.

The Turkish-Dutch airline said that it will not only help passengers who want to get some rest while travelling, but also assist business travellers who want to work in a quiet environment.

Another positive aspect the airline believes this will help with is that it’ll help parents to “worry less about possible reactions from fellow passengers when their child is a bit busier or crying”.

It hasn’t been announced exactly when this option will be available, but it’s believed this will give other airlines the confidence to make the same suggestion on other long-haul flights.
