SPORTS ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT EDITION COVERS REVEALED

Sports Illustrated’s coveted swimsuit edition is an iconic edition that has become somewhat of a collector’s item over the years.

With this year’s star-studded quartet of cover models, there’s no way that it won’t be flying off the shelves.

The magazine recently unveiled the covers of Kim Kardashian, Ciara, Maye Musk and Yumi Nu.

On her cover, Kim Kardashian poses in one of her own Skims bikinis. The reality star released her own swimwear line earlier this year and wears a few of the items in her edition.

The 41-year-old was photographed by Greg Swales in the Dominican Republic.

Page Six reports that in a letter to her past self, penned for the magazine, Kardashian wrote, “It’s easy to say to just ignore the criticism, but another thing you’ll learn is that at some point it will click in your head that it’s not about you anymore. It’s about family. It’s about helping other people. For years you’ll be putting yourself out there”.

Ciara poses on a beach in Barbados dressed in a leopard print once-piece and a cowboy hat. Her husband, football quarterback Russell Wilson penned a sweet love letter to his wife. The letter is also included in the magazine.

The reality star and singer are joined by model Yumi Nu. The plus-size model was photographed by James Macari in Montenegro. With Vogue Japan and now the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition to her name, the Japanese/Dutch model has carved out quite the career for herself.

The fourth and final cover star is none other than Elon Musk’s mother Maye Musk. The 74-year-old Canadian-South-African-American model and dietitian was photographed by Yu Tsai in Belize.
