HONG KONG MODEL’S HEAD FOUND IN POT

A Hong Kong woman’s ex-husband and two of her former in-laws have been arrested for her murder.

Abby Choi’s body parts were found in different places. Her skull, hair and several of her ribs were found inside a pot in a house near the town of Tai Po. Other body parts were found in a cemetery in Tseung Kwan O.

Choi’s ex-husband Alex Kwong Kong-chi is believed to have been involved in the “fatal attack” on the 28-year-old. His mother has been charged with perverting the course of justice while his brother and father were charged with her murder.

It’s believed Choi was attacked inside a van and then taken inside the house where some of her body parts were found. The van has now been taken in as evidence.

Choi was a mother of two young children and a popular social media influencer with more than 100,000 followers. According to the police, Choi had financial disputes over tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars with her ex-husband an in-laws.

The Guardian reports that Kwong was arrested at a Hong Kong pier on Saturday after what police described as a failed attempt to flee by speedboat. He was allegedly carrying HK$500,000 and about $4 million worth of luxury watches.

Not all of Choi’s body parts have been found yet, her torso and hands are still missing. Most of her limbs were found in a fridge in an apartment located in Lung Mei Tsuen, about 10 kilometres from the Tai Po house.
