JAPAN WINS OVER PEOPLE’S HEARTS WITH CLEAN DRESSING ROOM

It seems as if Japan did not only win the former world champs Germany at the 2022 World Cup, but also the hearts of fans across the world.

Japanese fans are used to cleaning up after themselves when they leave a public place, including sports stadiums. After their team beat Germany 2 – 1, Japanese fans cleaned up the area inside the Khalifa International Stadium where they were seated.

But the admirable behaviour doesn’t only apply to the fans. The national team left a lot of people with no words after a photo emerged of the team’s empty dressing room.

Sport Bible reports that despite the enormous victory, the Japan team didn’t get carried away with the result as they cleaned their dressing room and left a heart-warming message.

The message was written in Arabic and said ‘thank you’. It was presented with lots of Origami’s next to it.

The photo showed a spotless dressing room with nothing lying around and towels, water and other merchandise neatly divided into three different heaps.

Being clean and neat are just some of the traits that the Japanese people are known for.
