TODDLER BITES SNAKE THAT BIT HER, KILLING IT

A two-year-old girl in Turkey recently showed a snake just exactly what she’s made of.

The little girl was reportedly playing with the snake when it attacked her. The incident took place in the village of Kantar, near Bingol, a city in Eastern Turkey.

Yahoo! Life reports that the father, Mehmet Ercan told them she attacked the snake when it attacked her.

“Our neighbours have told me that the snake was in the hand of my child, she was playing with it and then it bit her. Then she has bitten the snake back as a reaction.”

Mehmet was at work at the time of the incident.

Reports suggested that neighbours heard the little girl scream and found her with a bite mark on her lip and the 51-centimetre long snake still between her teeth.

The snake died later which suggests that it was still alive in her mouth when the neighbours found her.

The little girl was taken to hospital for treatment and observation but was for the most part unharmed.

It’s not clear whether the girl has played with snakes before or if this is a rare occasion. But it’s clear that she won’t allow any snake to mess with her.
