AUSTRALIAN FISHERMAN RESCUES NAKED FUGITIVE IN MANGROVE

Two Australian fishermen thought they were going out for a nice relaxing trip, instead, they ended up saving a naked fugitive on the run. Now that will definitely make for a great answer when someone asks the two how their weekend was.

9News reports that Cam Faust and Kevin Joiner were in a small boat laying crab traps in Darwin on Sunday, when they heard someone calling for help.

The two friends then made their way over to where Luke Voskresensky was clinging to a tree. He was reportedly naked, dehydrated and full of bug bites.

He told the two friends that he has been hiding from the police after an armed robbery and had been living off snails for four days.

The two rescuers then offered the fugitive a lift on their boat, complete with a pair of shorts and a beer, before handing him over to local police.

The mangrove in Northern Australia is known for its crocodiles and posed a huge threat to the fugitive.
