FORMER BOND GIRL IS ANNOUNCED DEAD BY BOYFRIEND, THEN HOSPITAL CALLS AND SAYS SHE’S ALIVE
The boyfriend of Tanya Roberts, a former Bond girl, took to social media to announce the death of the actress on Sunday night.
The next day, while in the middle of an interview, Lance O’Brien was called by the hospital and informed that Tanya is in fact still alive.
TMZ reports that the former Charlie’s Angels actress took her dogs for a walk on Christmas Eve. When she arrived home, she collapsed and was taken to hospital. The 65-year-old actress was put on a ventilator, but never recovered.
When the actress closed her eyes on Sunday night, her boyfriend Lance thought it was her final moments and announced that she had passed away.
The shock news came on Monday morning when the hospital gave him a call to confirm that the That 70’s Show star is still alive.
Lance was in the middle of an interview with Inside Edition when the call came through. He burst into tears.
Tanya is known for her successful modelling career in the 1970s as well as her acting career. Her most famous role was when she appeared as Stacey Sutton opposite 007’s Roger Moore in A View To Kill.
