GERMAN EXPLOSIVE EXPERTS CALLED IN TO INSPECT SEX TOY

A jogger in Germany went for a run outside the Bavarian city of Passau when she discovered what she thought was a hand grenade.

The grenade was discovered in the forest close to the city.

Explosive experts were called in to investigate the grenade, but soon had a suspicion that it was merely a toy. A bag lying close to the grenade that contained lubricant and condoms confirmed that it wasn’t a child’s toy, but rather a sex toy.

The Daily Mail reports that the explosive experts then did an internet search, which helped them to confirm that it’s a sex toy designed to look like a hand grenade.

With Germany being at the centre of World War II, bombs and especially hand grenades are still discovered across the country.

Only last week, an aerial bomb from that era was found near a former US barracks. Explosive experts were called in and close to 3,000 people from the surrounding area had to be evacuated in order for the experts to detonate the bomb.
