GWEN STEFANI AND BLAKE SHELTON ARE MARRIED
Pop star Gwen Stefani and country star Blake Shelton got married over the weekend. The two singers tied the knot on Shelton's ranch in Oklahoma.
Many people expected the wedding to happen this summer, but the two singers refused to spill the beans on when it would be.
The two met when both of them were judges on the popular reality singing competition, The Voice. They started dating in 2015 and got engaged in October 2020.
At the time of their engagement, Stefani captioned a photo of them on Instagram. She said, "Thanks for saving my 2020 and the rest of my life".
The wedding was officiated by The Voice presenter Carson Daly, and Stefani's children from her previous marriage to Gavin Rossdale were present. In a sweet nod to Kingston, Apollo and Zuma, the bride had their names embroidered on her veil alongside her own and Shelton's. Her wedding gown was designed by Vera Wang.
Page Six reports that, for the reception, Stefani wore an elaborate strapless mini dress. It featured hand tumbled tulle, hand pieced silk, and sequin embroidered foliage across the skirt. She completed the look with white cowboy boots.
Shelton wore a tuxedo jacket with blue jeans.
