Harry Potter star, Jessie Cave, who portrayed the Ron Weasley-obsessed Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter movie, announced the recent birth to her third child and revealed his sweet name.
The 33-year-old, who shares son Donnie, six, and four-year-old daughter Margot with comedian Alfie Brown, 29, announced the wonderful news of their baby boy on Instagram with her 137,000 followers.
Her former co-star, Devon Murray, posted a sweet picture of herself sitting up on a hospital bed as she breastfed her newborn child, as she looked lovingly down at her baby boy.
Jessie shared the news about the "extreme" labour after the star revealed the adorable name, Abraham 'Bam' Benjamin of her son.
"Abraham 'Bam' Benjamin," followed by two red heart emojis. "Our baby boy was born in the early hours yesterday morning just 40 mins after my waters were broken. Slightly extreme but so were his kicks throughout the pregnancy! This has been a very different experience to my first two births... much more humbling, terrifying and out of my control. We are currently in the neo natal unit but he’s a strong boy and it’s the safest place for him right now. The midwives (Magda & Daisy) and the doctors and neo natal nurses have been amazing (our first one to welcome us into the ward was named Rosaria and she was extremely comforting). Thank you for all the cosmic well wishes," Jessie wrote.
The star also shared a heartwarming message to her other half as she wrote, "Thank you to @alfiebrowncomedian for being so wonderful (again) and taking this picture in the seconds after he was born and just moments before he was wheeled away out of our arms... honestly one of the hardest moments of my life.... hopefully he will be with us soon and it will be even more perfect."
She added: "And BIG LOVE AND RESPECT for all the mothers who’ve experienced the neonatal unit before us, along with us."
Celebrity friends quickly reached out and shared their heartfelt messages to the couple.
Helen Flanagan, who is also expecting her third child, said "Congratulations darling."
Fans were super excited about the news, and one person said: "Congrats Jessie! I’m so happy for you and Alfie. This beautiful baby will be a wonderful fit to your sweet family."
"Congratulations! Love his name too. Rest up and take care. Welcome to the world, little Bam xx".
