HULK HOGAN DIES
World-famous wrestler Hulk Hogan has passed away at the age of 71.
At the time of his death, he was filming a documentary project for Netflix. The project was being filmed in partnership with World Wrestling Entertainment and was intended to showcase Hogan’s life and career, on and off the screen.
Even though Hogan suddenly passed, the filming of the project remains ongoing.
Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, died on Thursday from cardiac arrest. At a news conference held by police and fire personnel in Florida, United States, they said that there were no signs of foul play or suspicious activity in his death. A standard investigation is ongoing.
A source told CNN that the documentary, which has been in the works since 2024, was being produced with Hogan’s consent and participation: “People will see a side of him they haven’t seen before,” the source told CNN.
At the WWE SmackDown on Friday evening, the cameras were there to capture the tribute to the legendary wrestler.
Hogan was honoured during the broadcast with an opening segment showcasing several WWE stars and personnel standing at the top of the entrance ramp.
