KAMALA HARRIS IS THE FIRST VICE PRESIDENT TO RECEIVE A MADAME TUSSAUDS STATUE

Not only is she the first female and first black Vice President of the United States, but Kamala Harris will soon be the very first Vice President with a statue in New York’s Madame Tussauds museum.

Traditionally, this honour is only bestowed on the Presidents, but the world-famous museum has decided that, since Harris is such a trailblazer, they will award her with the honour as well.

Business Insider reports that the clay heads took weeks for a team of London artists to sculpt. The museum estimates that the bodies will take about four to six months to complete. Both US President Joe Biden and Harris will be on display in the museum’s Oval office setting.

The wax figures of both Biden and Harris will wear the same outfits that they wore on Inauguration Day earlier this year.
