LADY GAGA’S DOG WALKER SHOT AND TWO OF HER FRENCH BULLDOGS STOLEN

Lady Gaga’s dog walker has been shot and two of her French bulldogs stolen in Los Angeles.

A male suspect fired a semi-automatic handgun at the dog walker before making off with the dogs, reports the BBC.

The dog walker has been named as Ryan Fischer, and has been transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre where he is being treated for the gunshot wound.

A home surveillance camera captured the ordeal and has been handed over to police. CNet reports that the footage shows a man jumping out of a car and confronting the dog walker, saying "Give it up". The men struggle and then a shot can be heard along with a dog's yelps and the panicked cries of the injured victim.

A third dog ran away but was later found by police.

Lady Gaga's spokesperson has asked anyone with information on the incident or the whereabouts of the dogs to come forward. A $500,000 reward has been offered for their safe return.

The singer and actress is currently working on a new Ridley Scott movie in Rome.
