MAN GETS BANNED FROM EAT-AS-MUCH-AS-YOU-CAN BUFFET FOR EATING TOO MUCH

A Chinese man has been banned from eating at his favourite eat-as-much-as-you-can buffet after eating too much. The ban follows several occasions where the man ate more than anticipated for one person.

The man, known as Mr Kang, told a Chinese TV station that he feels he is being discriminated against because he can eat a lot of food in one sitting.

“I can eat a lot, is that a fault?”

He also added that he didn’t waste any of the food and that the ban is unfair towards him.

The Hunan TV station also spoke to the owner of the restaurant who explained that Mr Kang costs him too much money because he eats everything.

“Every time he comes here, I lose a few hundred yuan. Even when he drinks soy milk, he can drink 20 or 30 bottles. When he eats the pork trotters, he consumes the whole tray of them. And for prawns, usually people use tongs to pick them up, he uses a tray to take them all.”

It's not clear whether Mr Kang has been banned by other restaurants before as well.
