NEW LUXURY DEVELOPMENT IN CAPE TOWN WITH UNITS SELLING FROM R39M

If you’re looking for a new house in Cape Town and you happen to have R39 million burning a hole in your pocket, then the Dogon Group Properties might have just the spot you’re looking for.

Luxia Ravine is the brand-new luxury residential estate located in Bantry Bay with views over the Atlantic Ocean. The development consists of six units spread across three buildings and is located on Ravine Road.

Work on the development began back in 2017 already. The earthworks alone took two years to complete due to its positioning on a slope and recessed design into the mountainside.

Each unit will have four storeys and will have three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a double garage, and large balconies. The units will share an almost identical design look and feel, as well as a floorplan.

Business Insider reports that four of the six units will be finished by the end of 2021 and are selling for R39 million each. All the homes feature integrated automation, with audiovisual, lighting, and window coverings being digitally controlled. This extends to the security, which includes Control4 Entrance door stations and CCTV surveillance.
