PINK CASTLE TO RENT IN SCOTLAND

If you’ve got money and you’re looking for accommodation that’s a bit out of the ordinary, there’s a pink castle in Scotland with your name on it.

The Pink Castle is located in Largs, Ayreshire. It’s listed for vacation rentals on a UK-based website and it costs around $4 000 to rent on a weekly basis.

If you’d rather only stay for a long weekend, you can be expected to fork out about $2 400.

The owner, Bruce Walker grew up in the area and only recently moved back after working in Hong Kong for 28 years. He lives in a nearby castle with his family.

He told Insider that when he bought the castle in 2000, it needed a lot of care and attention. The renovations took about five years and now the castle boasts with four double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms as well.

The Pink Castle is surrounded by picture-perfect green hills which are covered in snow during winter.
