REBEL WILSON RECALLS BEING KIDNAPPED IN MOZAMBIQUE

Yes, you probably had to read that headline more than once, and then still thought "what the f*&k?" – right? We certainly did.

How did we never know that one of the biggest Hollywood stars were kidnapped in our neighbouring country?

Clevver News reports that the Australian actress and a group of people were on a truck being transported from one place to another, when a bunch of guys with guns parked next to them. They then proceeded to tell Rebel’s group that they have to get off their truck and were then taken to a house in the middle of nowhere and kept overnight.

Rebel and the rest of the group were released the next day, luckily unharmed, when the guys with the guns showed up again and said their truck is ready.

"We got out of there and then crossed the South African border a few hours later. I think maybe those guys used us to smuggle illegal things in the bottom of the truck."

Since Rebel broke the news in a TV interview, support has been pouring in from all over the world. Watch the Clevver News video below for more.
