SUPER ORGANISED MOTHER SHARES HER EXACT SUNDAY ROUTINE FOR STRESS-FREE WEEK

Have your every tried to be organised and plan out your whole week’s routine? Have you succeeded?

Maybe these tips from a super organised mother might be your answer. She shared her Sunday routine, which she performs every week at home in order to ensure she is ready and stress-free come Monday.

Steph Pase, 30, from Sydney, gets into action every weekend with a series of chores. These include re-stocking the washing powder jars, writing down the meals her family will eat for the week, and folding all of her children's clothes.

The mother of two posted her routine on her TikTok account.

Steph starts her Sunday routine by refilling the toilet paper drawer in her bathroom. She then continues by replacing washing powder in the jar in her laundry room.

Being super organised, Steph likes to write down everything her family will eat for dinner that week on a whiteboard in the kitchen.

Following her meal planning, she then continues to fold all of her children's clothes to ensure everything is ready for the week ahead.

Not only does her Sunday routine contains several chores, Steph also find some time for a little self-care. This starts off with a shower and washing her hair on Sunday night, before slipping on an eye mask, lighting a candle and relaxing with her kids, watching a movie for an hour.

Before cooking a nice Sunday dinner, the mother first replaces all the dishwasher tablets and coffee pods in their holders, and then sorts her fruit and veg for the week.

Thousands of viewers commented that they too need to start getting their things together on a Sunday night for the upcoming week. One woman commented: “So cosy, I love to start the weekend organised,” while another added: “Love this Steph! I can't believe how much of a difference a Sunday night reset makes to my family and my anxiety.”

In a previous video, the mother-of-two shared the seven things she does to save time on cooking and cleaning at home. She also revealed why it is essential for everyone to do them to ensure a stress-free and easy day.

The seven steps include setting a weekly cleaning schedule, doing meal preparations as much as possible, planning all your meals and using your slow cooker to make sure dinner is cooking from the morning. She also added that one of her favourite step is to schedule a load of washing that will be done by the time she wakes up so that she only has to hang it out.

Functional and organised spaces is the answer to saving a lot of time over the long run. Steph added that everything has its own container which she then labels.

Some of her containers include 'Kids' snacks', 'Easy Meal Kits' and 'Cans'.

To get organised, Steph revealed that she always gets up an hour before the kids. “I find being semi-ready before the kids are up makes the mornings run a lot more smoothly.”
