TIME ANNOUNCES 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE

Every year, Time Magazine publishes that year’s most influential people. To make their top 100 list, you must have made waves and have made an impact on the world around you.

The 2021 list contained the likes of tennis star Naomi Osaka, pop singer Britney Spears, Russian opposition party leader Alexai Navalny, author Cathy Park Wong and Abdul Ghani Baradar, the senior deputy leader of the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Among the top 100 most influential people is former royals and new power couple the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Jose Andres, a chef who founded a non-profit organization providing meals to areas hit by natural disasters shared his experience of Harry and Meghan with the publication.

The chef praised them for the way they take risks and to help communities in need.

When the Sussexes gave their interview to Oprah earlier this year, they were met with praise from across the globe for being open and candid about their struggles with mental health and, since then, the prince released a documentary series on mental well-being and the impact of therapy on his life, reports CNN.

Various different covers have been printed featuring some of the names on the list.
