If you’re a trainee train driver and a bit of a Harry Potter fan, we’ve found the perfect job for you.
ScotRail, the national railway authority in Scotland, has placed an advertisement for trainee train drivers to regularly travel the scenic West Highland Line.
The line takes passengers through some of the most beautiful and famous areas in the world. The locations have been featured in the Harry Potter films.
The BBC reports that the West Highland Line was voted the top rail journey in the world by readers of independent travel magazine, Wanderlust, in 2009.
The journey even beat famous train trips in Peru and the Trans-Siberian Express.
The trainee train drivers will be located in Fort William travelling on the West Highland Lane that connects the towns of Oban and Mallaig.
Towns on the route have featured in Trainspotting, The Crown and even the video game Forza Horizon 4.
Successful candidates have to be at least 20 years old and will be trained by ScotRail.
