TRUMP TESTED POSITIVE DAYS BEFORE DEBATE
In a shocking revelation, it’s been revealed that former United States President Donald Trump tested positive for Covid-19 three days before his first debate against Joe Biden.
This was revealed in a book by Mark Meadows, Trump’s former Chief of Staff while he was in office. Meadows was Trumps’ fourth and final Chief of Staff while President.
According to Meadows, the first test results came back positive while Trump was on onboard Marine One after attending an official ceremony. The White House doctor called with the news that Trump has tested positive. Trump’s response wasn’t good.
The doctor then replied that they will do another test on a different system seeing as the first result might have been a false positive.
Knowing that all the presidential candidates had to show a negative Covid result before participating in the debate led to Trump insisting on another test. The second test’s results came back negative.
At the debate, the host Chris Wallace said that Trump wasn’t tested before the debate because he arrived late. Wallace then said that the organisers of the debate relied on the honour system.
Three days after the debate, Trump announced via Twitter that he and his wife Melanie tested positive.
