VIDEO: MAN IN US FACES CHARGES AFTER CLINGING TO MOVING SCHOOL BUS

After students had allegedly hit his car with a plastic bottle, this angered Maryland man clung onto the outside of a moving school bus and demanded to be let on board. 

According to Baltimore County police, 68-year-old Leverne Doran has been arrested. 

The incident occurred around 3:15 pm on Thursday while the students were travelling from Loch Raven middle school. This is when the angered man emerged from his vehicle, clung onto the moving school bus and began banging on the bus telling the driver to open the door. 

Concerned for the safety of both himself and the students, the driver did not open the door.
