If you want to get a taste of what an entire fish tastes like, just head over to your nearest Ocean Basket.

The restaurant chain is famous for its fish dishes and have offered the delicatessen to its customers in the past, but have never added it to their menu.

Now, confident that they have a supplier who will be able to give them enough stock to keep up with demand, Ocean Basket has added seabream fish, complete with its head, eyes and teeth intact on its menu.

With the launch of their new summer menu, it’s the first time in 20 years that the restaurant chain is able to serve the whole seabream again.

Business Insider reports that the season’s supply sold out in the first three weeks already. They’ve since found another supplier.

“The grilled sea bream is served with orange and caper sauce, while the fried option comes with red pepper mayo. Both dishes come with a side of chips or grilled vegetables, or a salad.”
