TIGER WOODS LAUNCHES HIS OWN APPAREL LINE

Golf legend Tiger Woods has launched his new apparel line called Sun Day Red.

The gold brand and apparel line is designed and manufactured in conjunction with TaylorMade.

Woods had a partnership that spanned over 27 years with Nike.

The name Sun Day Red is based on Woods’ habit of wearing red shirts during his Sunday final rounds. He started wearing it after his mother Kultida, said it was the colour of power in Thailand, her home country.

The 48-year-old hasn’t played competitively since the Masters in 2023. There, he managed to make the cut for a record-tying 23rd consecutive time.

The brand features a leaping tiger where his initials used to be added to his Nike shirt.

Woods plans to compete in one tournament per month. This would mean he’ll be allowed to compete in four majors for the first time since 2019, the last time he won his most recent major title.
