BRYAN ADAMS ANNOUNCES SA TOUR

Canadian rock legend Bryan Adams has announced that he will be touring the country towards the end of the year.

The ‘Summer of 69’ hitmaker kickstarted his So Happy It Hurts tour in Europe in January 2022 after releasing his 15th studio album with the same name in March of the same year. The album was nominated as the best rock album of the year at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

He shared the news of his tour on his social media: “Good day! Just a quick shout to say we’ve got a couple of shows in November in South Africa! #sohappyithurts.”

At first, only two shows were planned, one in Pretoria and one in Cape Town.

When the fans started buying tickets, concert organisers Big Concerts soon realised that the demand is so high that they will have to add shows.

Adams will perform at the Grand Arena, GrandWest on 7 and 8 November, and at the SunBet Arena, Time Square on 10 and 11 November.

This isn’t the first time that Adams will be performing in the country. He has toured the country four times and judging by the ticket sales, this tour definitely won’t be his last.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.
