JFK FILES RELEASED
More than 60 years after former United States President John F Kennedy was shot, the classified Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) files relating to the killing have finally been released.
The files were released recently after the Trump administration ordered the United States government to do so.
Conspiracy theorists waited with bated breath to find out more about the case that has been a favourite among many people who believed the government worked with Oswald.
Kennedy was killed by former US Marine Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas, Texas in 1963.
The files revealed how the CIA kept a close eye on Oswald before the shooting took place.
According to the files, a few months before the shooting, Oswald went to Mexico. There, many people overheard him talking about Kennedy and how he plans to kill him. This was mentioned in a report compiled by the CIA about Oswald.
The Kennedy files are the first of many classified files to be released soon. Other cases believed to be next are the killings of Martin Luther King Jr and Robert F Kennedy.
