JOHNNY DEPP SURPRISES AUDIENCE AT JEFF BECK CONCERT IN LONDON
Actor Johnny Depp surprised fans at a Jeff Beck concert when he joined Beck on stage in Sheffield, England.
Only a day after the jury in his defamation trial with his former wife actress Amber Heard began deliberations, Depp joined his longtime friend on stage.
Depp sued Heard over an op-ed published in The Washing Post in 2018. In the article she used the words a “public figure representing domestic abuse”. Although Heard didn’t mention Depp’s name at all, he claims that it was obvious that she was referring to him.
The 58-year-old’s legal team claims that the op-ed destroyed his career and his reputation.
Depp sued and has asked for $50 million in damages from Heard. In return, Heard has sued for R100 million.
Beck kicked off his tour at the Sheffield City Hall when he announced that he’s got a very special guest that has been invited to join him and his band.
CNN reports that Depp is no stranger to music. He, along with musicians Alice Cooper and Joe Perry, formed the super group Hollywood Vampires back in 2012.
While on stage with Beck and his band, he performed a cover of John Lennon’s “Isolation”. He also participated in other songs performed by Beck.
