KATY PERRY AND ORLANDO BLOOM BECOME PARENTS
The American singer Katy Perry has given birth to a baby girl called Daisy Dove Bloom.
Proud dad, Orlando Bloom, shared the news with an Instagram post shortly after Daisy’s arrival, saying, "We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter."
The little girl's birth was announced through a Unicef post that Bloom reposted. Both parents are Unicef Goodwill Ambassadors.
In the photo posted on Instagram, a daisy can be seen on one of Perry's nails. This is Perry's first child, but the British actor's second. He has a nine-year-old son, Flynn, with Australian model, Miranda Kerr.
Bloom and Kerr has proven that co-parenting can work well if both parents are committed, even though they are not together.
E! News reports that Kerr subtly reacted to the news by liking Bloom's post. She then expressed her support by commenting on Perry’s post "I'm so happy for you guys. Can't wait to meet her."
Kerr is married to Evan Spiegel and have two sons with him – two-year-old Hart and 10-months-old Myles.
