KYLIE JENNER SLAMMED AFTER ASKING FANS FOR SURGERY DONATIONS FOR STYLIST
Several fans were angered after the wealthy cosmetics mogul, Kylie Jenner, asked for donations to help a makeup artist pay for his surgery after being in an accident.
Over the weekend, Kylie Jenner faced backlash for asking fans to donate to a fundraiser to pay for a makeup stylist’s medical expenses.
The celebrity makeup artist, Samuel Rauda, underwent major surgery last week after a serious accident. According to a GoFundMe page, which was created to raise money for Rauda, an amount of $120,000 was needed for medical costs.
Kylie posted on her Instagram story: “May God watch over you and protect you @makeupbysamuel. Everyone, take a moment to say a prayer for Sam who got into an accident this past weekend. And swipe up to visit his families go fund me.”
Fans have been furious as it appeared that Kylie donated $5,000, even though the Kylie Cosmetics mogul’s net worth is estimated to be upwards of $700 million.
Last year, Forbes also reported that Kylie was the highest paid celebrity in the world, and fans feel her donation is small.
