LIAM PAYNE’S TOXICOLOGY REPORT RELEASED
Three people have been arrested in connection with Liam Payne’s death.
The One Direction band member fell to his death from a third-floor balcony on 16 October. His body was found on the grounds of the hotel where he was staying in Buenos Aires.
Local prosecutors said the results of the toxicological studies revealed that in the 72 hours before his death, Payne had “traces of polydrug use of alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant in his body”.
The prosecutors also said that three people have been charged with supplying Payne with drugs. One of them was also charged with abandoning a person in a vulnerable state.
A staff member at the CasaSur hotel is one of those that have been arrested.
An autopsy report released by the prosecutors said the 31-year-old died after sustaining “multiple traumas” and “internal and external haemorrhaging” because of the fall.
The music star leaves behind his seven-year-old son Bear which he shares with the former Girls Aloud singer, Cheryl Tweedy.
