NICK CANNON WELCOMES BABY NUMBER 12
US comedian and TV star Nick Cannon has welcomed his 12th child into the world.
Model Alyssa Scott gave birth to Halo Marie Cannon on 14 December 2022.
Halo is the couple’s second child together. Their first child was a boy named Zen who died at the age of five months from brain cancer.
Scott shared a video on social media showing footage of her pregnancy and birth. She also included memories and keepsakes from Zen in the video.
“Our lives are forever changed. Zen is in every breath I take. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he is watching down on us, he shows me signs every day. I will hold onto his memory forever.”
Scott also shared that they were surprised when it turned out that Halo is a girl.
“I will remember the sound of Nick’s voice saying ‘it’s a girl’ and the look of everything we’ve been through flash across his face.”
Scott finished off the post by saying “My sweet girl, I got my surprise!! We love you Halo Marie Cannon”.
The Cannon clan was started in 2011 with the birth of Nick and singer Mariah Carey’s twins Moroccan and Monroe. After the twins, he had children with several women ranging from models, beauty queens and DJs.
In 2022 alone he had five children with five different women.
