NORWAY’S PRINCESS MARTHA LOUISE GIVING UP CROWN
Princess Martha Louise has decided to relinquish her royal duties.
The news was announced by the palace in a statement.
“The princess is relinquishing the role as royal patron… and will not be representing the royal house at the present time.”
According to the statement, the princess has decided to focus more on her alternative medicine business with her fiancé. Durek Verrett is a popular Hollywood spiritual guru. Their relationship has caused a stir in her home country.
Verrett is an African American “sixth-generation shaman”. In his book Spirit Hacking, Verrett claimed that cancer was a choice.
“The princess… will not be representing the royal house at the present time,” said the statement.
The 51-year-old princess is a divorced mother-of-three believes she can communicate with angels.
News24 reports that the palace said that once the princess and Verrett were wed, he would become a member of the royal family but would not have a title or represent the monarchy.
