WORLD’S SKINNIEST SKYSCRAPER’S PENTHOUSE FOR SALE

The four-story home is situated right on top of the Steinway Tower, known as the world’s skinniest skyscraper. It’s located in New York and overlooks Central Park. The building was completed in 2022 and is built on the site which was once occupied by the famous Steinway & Sons piano company.

The street is known as New York’s Billionaire’s Row with several apartment buildings only available to the ultra-rich.

In 2019, an apartment on the same street broke records when it sold for $238 million. It became the most expensive home ever sold in the United States.

CNN reports that the penthouse for sale spans floors 80 to 83, with the suggested floor plans featuring an entertaining suite on the first floor and a primary suite on the third floor, while the proposed layout is topped off by a crown suite containing a bar and screening room.

In total, the ultra-luxurious penthouse features five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two terraces as well as stunning 360-degree views of New York City.
