BLACK COFFEE INJURED AFTER PLANE EMERGENCY LANDING
DJ Black Coffee was left with injuries after the plane he was flying in had to make an emergency landing.
The news was announced by his team through a statement.
The DJ, real name Nkosinathi Innocent Mphumulo, was travelling to a gig in Argentina when the plane was forced to make an unscheduled landing.
The statement said that “the incident resulted in unforeseen complications and left him with some injuries”.
His team confirmed that he’s receiving medical attention following the incident on his flight and that the 47-year-old is with his family.
The statement also requested privacy so that the award-winning DJ could recuperate.
It hasn’t been confirmed yet when Black Coffee will be performing again.
The South African DJ has had a very successful local and international career winning 8 SAMA and one Grammy as well.
