PARIS HILTON SELLS CLOTHES TO RAISE FUNDS FOR WILDFIRE VICTIMS

Socialite and reality star Paris Hilton has listed almost 100 items from her personal closet up for auction.

The US-based star said the proceeds of the auction will go towards the Los Angeles wildfire relief fund.

Items from many designers featured in the auction including Mugler, Versace, Miu Miu, and Balenciaga.

The hotel heiress said her wish is for her clothing to inspire others.

“I’ve always embraced taking risks and having fun with fashion. I hope the pieces in my closet inspire others to experiment with their style and celebrate originality.”

All of the items on auction sold out in less than a day. Most of the items sold out in less than three hours.

Hilton isn’t just a donor, but also a victim of the wildfires that spread through Los Angeles earlier this month.

The Simple Life star’s home in Malibu was completely destroyed. She lived there with her husband Carter and their two children.

Along with Hilton, other celebrities who have put their clothing up for auction to raise funds for the wildfire foundation include Julianne Moore and Kate Moss.
