KANE SCORES 400TH GOAL AS BAYERN BEAT DORTMUND
Harry Kane reached another historic milestone in his remarkable career on Saturday.
The England captain netted his 400th club goal during Bayern Munich’s 2-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker.
The 32-year-old opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, heading in Joshua Kimmich’s corner to register his 21st goal in just 12 appearances for both club and country this season.
The goal also marked his 12th in the Bundesliga, continuing his blistering start to life in Germany since joining Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur in 2023.
Kane's journey to 400 club goals spans more than 14 years. His first came in January 2011 while on loan at Leyton Orient, scoring against Sheffield Wednesday in League One.
Since then, the forward has built one of football’s most prolific careers, which includes two goals for Leicester City, 280, for Spurs, nine for Millwall, five for Leyton Orient and now 104 in 107 games for Bayern Munich.
Recent stats have shown that Kane is averaging a goal every 52 minutes this season and has scored in every match except one. Beyond his finishing, he played a massive role on Saturday, orchestrating attacks from midfield.
With 76 goals for England as well, Kane continues to solidify his place among football’s all-time great strikers.
